Have you noticed anything about this Java application that pops up in front of the page you're trying to view on this forum, and won't go away?
I don't have a popup killer installed, I just use Phoenix as a browser because PopUps are fucking SATANS TOOLS (pardon my French, it's there for emphasis) and it automatically disallows popups that aren't requested. (i.e., if i click on link B and it opens a popup window, that's fine, but if i click on link A, the page opens, and then page A tries to open a popup window, that's not allowed.)
Anyway, I find that more than a little annoying that companies can get away with this kind of CRAP.
